Aw, Shucks! I’m in the Sisterhood!

I was surprised and extremely flattered last week to be awarded with the Sisterhood Award from Cindy at MonkeyBoy Adventures! It never ceases to amaze me how this whole inter-web thingy works. Who’d have thought you could ever feel so connected to people you’ve never met in person?

So, thank you so much, Cindy, for giving me this award. It honestly couldn’t have come at a better time. I was having a bad couple of weeks in the blog posting department. I was even wondering whether or not I should continue my blog because I just didn’t feel like I “had it” anymore. But Cindy helped me find my mojo again, and I’m grateful!

So I’m going to pass on this award to some bloggers I feel fit the Sisterhood criteria. Here’s the lowdown.

The rules:
1. Put the logo on your blog or post.
2. Nominate up to 10 blogs which show great attitude and/or gratitude!
3. Be sure to link your nominees within your post.
4. Let them know that they have received this award by commenting on their blog.
5. Remember to link the person from whom you received your award.

Drumroll please… My Sisterhood recipients are:

AmyG at Trailer Park Mom. She is perhaps the most thoughtful person I’ve never met.
Andi at Misadventures with Andi. I liked her the moment I met her because she is genuine, interesting, and incredibly funny.
Jody at Iowa Geek, Have Kid Will Travel, and Fab Food Friday. Her positive attitude and drive are always an inspiration to me!
Kellyn at The Fritz Facts. She is one busy mom but always manages to see the silver lining in every cloud and find reasons for gratitude in every situation.
K-Mom at The Mommy Diaries. Seriously, the girl makes me laugh. HARD. And she has a fabulous attitude to boot!
Melody at Three Boys and a Dog. She has a great outlook on life and definitely has her priorities straight. I look up to her as a role model as a fellow “boy mom.”
Sarah at Trenches of Mommyhood. She, too, has three boys and helps me remember why that’s a GOOD thing. She’s my East Coast sista’.
Wendy at An Iowa Mom. She was one of the first bloggers I started following, and I can honestly say that she makes me smile every time she posts!
